See dct pitch. Leading indicator for recovery. Am I too late? Or too early along with the rest of the market? My score should be the factor to judge that.

Also note this now has a modest dividend and comes up with a search for "California and reit". Should continue to turn around unless we are in for a double dip recession.

Insider buying, Debt consolidation goals met, expanding to include new shopping mall which already has many leases signed, management seemed intelligent, insightful and prudently planning for the future on webcasts. Equity drop will return and the dividends will increase
