BEBE has done very well for me so far, with over 50% gain since I bought it 12 July '06. However, I'm only predicting an 'outperform' for the next year or so because of the industry it is in. Clothing styles/fads change very rapidly and it is very, very easy for a clothing line to fall out of favor. Additionally, with the stock price already rising over 50% in such a short time, it will be harder for it to continue it's climb (IMHO). BEBE is probably going to be the stock I have to watch the most and stay on top of. I'm a buy-and-hold type of investor, so I hope that I can hang on to it for 15+ years - but I'll have my eye on it the whole time.

Who doesn't like clothes?
Recs
I like the earning growth, the cash position, overall balance sheet and what I've seen in the last year in strategic approach.
Recs
BEBE will suffer along with it's low to middleclass customers as prices start to catch up with energy costs.
Recs
Strong, young brand with lots of growth potential. Owner/management done well over a long period.
Recs
High growth rate, good clothing styles, good store execution, high markup (and not markdowns)
Recs
Bebe is a current favorite clothing store for women. The company has strong fundamentals and momentum to move forward given the strong recent earnings.
Recs
bebe has great margins, a good balance sheet, and is very well run. They have had sales increase in a period others have dropped. They also pay a dividend. Not a store I shop at, but I know several who do and just love it.
Recs
Great business, nice balance sheet, insiders are confident.. Has fickle market syndrome... Beats earnings, stock flies, then over the period of a couple of months (on no news) it falls all the way back to where it was. Almost forgot in the short term SSS have been up by quite a bit. Foolish investors shouldn't miss it this time around.
