This is a combination stock and bond, one share of BGS and a corp. bond, very high dividend also.

See my pitch on BGS....At current levels kinda like BGF better than BGS but both are buys.

Who doesn't love their pickles and Emril. BAM!!! And if you don't like their foods you can always snack on the 6% dividend yield.

One of the things I watch is the products a company offers. When I found this company, I also found that many of their products were already in my pantry. The business sems to have good management, and is well positioned itself to grow. It also pays a decent dividend. I expect this stock to get bigger and be more of a player in the sector for the next 12-18 months. Being listed on the Russell will be a big booster to this growing company.

They will do with the Cream of Wheat business and the rest of their products always sell. Management is getting more efficient, too.

Very up front quarterly presentations by Management. Great product line with seasonality spread through the year. Steady performer.

This is a local company so I am baised. Good brands although the BGF brand itself is not as prominent. The unusual stock/bond arrangement returns a steady cash stream to investors. Expanding their shelf space so sales are growing.
