Count the cash......111 million with zero debt. Count the earnings.....around 25 million. I may be wrong but 25 million in earnings on an enterprise value of 208 million seems like a good deal to me. Either their earnings are overstated or their stock price is undervalued. I'll go with the latter.

BKR will (1) get work from the stimulus money (2) get work from the new Obama rail initiative (3) grow bigger

I like the potential of benefiting from an Obama administration push for massive increase in infrastructure projects. They are positioned well without it and this company has a high moat. N ot everyone can do this work and they've been doing it for a generation and 1/2.

2007 balance sheet assets went up, liabilities went down this is a no brainer

With countries and businesses around the world developing quickly..this company is poised to provide engineering and energy expertise for thse clients. Energy productivity needs to be increased in order reduce strain on the economy and the environment.
