BLC is undervalued currently and currently has a dividend yield of 2.7%. I believe that a historical view shows that BLC is undervalued and will show a positive run during the next two to four years.

BLC has one of the most illiquid balance sheet. It is also loss making and distributes an unsustainable dividend. It operates in one of the most loss making industry: newspapers publishing - http://biz.yahoo.com/p/727qpmu.html. It may go bankrupt.

Hedge 4 market falls from bad earnings season. It will likely drop back under $1 in the event of. I think it'll underperform at some point either way because of the debt levels.

BLC has spun-off its unprofitable newspaper publishing last year. BLC is an undervalued BUY at the current price per share for its TV stations and cable assets.
