I'm still trying to learn / teach myself when to sell a failed investment. Still not doing so well. Onwards and upwards.

Anyway, reinvesting here might be a good speculative play. But, frankly, I'm tired of this sector and this space.More

I like this company but I have to agree that there is more pain in its immediate future. The housing market is by no means out of the woods yet. My gamble is to ride it down to $10 and then hope it turns around.
