Buying what is in the black box is pure speculation. Which is not wise, especially in this environment.

BLW as presented by BlockRock seems to be a fund deliberately focusing on the shorter term. It's as if they put the day-traders in charge of an ETF to play with. Yea, this isn't my current investing methodology.
