The founding principals of Annie's Homegrown live and work on their farm, which grows some of the produce used in their natural food products. They cater to the growth trends in special diet markets, which show no signs of abating, with vegan and gluten free products. A sustainability theme permeates the company, from recyclable packaging to a constant awareness of their carbon footprint. Community support is evidenced by Cases for Causes humanitarian program, agricultural scholarships and school garden contributions. Transparency is also important at Annie's, which provides details on antibiotics, milking machines and other treatment of cows by their suppliers, as well as the degrees of definitions of the term organic.

Strong brand loyalty with existing retail relationships. Possible takeout canididate for one of the major food companies to add to their organic portfolios.

Insider sales continue to pile up. The company appears way overvalued compared to its closest comparables. Profit margins are going down as sales go up. The company can't compete with competition in cereals or dressings and condiments. Sales are likely only going up because of new products and new natural and organic stores opening. The product is marketed as healthy, but isn't really any healthier than the competition. Overall, I don't like the balance sheet, the income statement, or the product. The last one is a bit more subjective than the first two, but I fear I'm not alone in that opinion.

The company has a good suite of products that it should be able to expand. I know they will in my household. Cheddar bunnies rock!

It's Wabbit season, and I'm hunting wabbits, so be vewy, vewy quiet!

BNNY has left a trail of stinky negative FCF droppings for us to track it by.

No debt, great sales growth, good margins and a rapidly growing consumer demand for healthier, fast choice meals and food....baby boomers are aging. They ae realizing that they will be a product of their thoughts, actions & what they eat.

Low cap, taking market share of local grocers, flying off the shelves at our Target which isn't a place you would consider great food sales.......

Annie's sells a great product that we buy by the case. Because our society seems to be more interested in how food is made and what is in our food, Annie's has a real shot to shine. There are four or five simple ingredients in their Mac and Cheese and people like knowing this. The result is a tastier product than other leading brands, causing us to believe Annie's will expand market share in the next several years.

Has risen too high too fast imo. It's not a crazy internet bubble 2.0 IPO, and is actually a profitable company, but I don't think it deserves this valuation.

Had a hot IPO but it pretty much stops there in terms of good news for Annie's. Great product, but that doesn't always translate in to great results. I expect a lot of shares will be dumped in the coming months.

I've been shorting a lot of IPOs recently, so I'll take a stab at this one. Well-recognized organic consumer product brand. Should be less sensitive to the budgets of well-heeled organic grocery shoppers.

Like any "lux" brand, this one will be pricey, both in product and in stock
