This thumbs down has little to do with the leverage or asset quality of the property portfolio and more to do with the asset class and market price. Headwinds continue for commercial real estate, especially office properties. Yet value is not materializing as the more well-capitalized REITs had hoped. At a 6.13% FFO yield and a 2.86% dividend yield, there are not enough returns here to beat the market.

Trades at a discount- well below NAV which is $18.15. Owns and operates landmark skyscrapers like First Canadian Place and WTC towers. As U.S real estate market improves this company will gain lots of attention.
Moreover, they're spinning off their residential portfolio and giving shareholders rights to the new company!!!!
CHACHINGGGGGGG- get in now before it's too late.
Read their reports and filings and I dare you to not be impresed.

Excellent portfolio but threaten by its financial tenants. The stock has already been beaten quite a lot and it's not a good opportunity for long term investment.
