Brocade can be found in the market's bargain bin even after that terrific 52-week run and trades for less than 10 times forward earnings estimates. I'm impressed by Brocade's solid foundation and excited about its position to cash in on the Big Data explosion. Fools don't play the market timing game, so I'm happy to slap a thumbs-up CAPScall on Brocade right here, right now. In my world, that's the shiniest accolade I can bestow on any stock short of just buying shares myself.

brocade doesn't depend on the economy to grew only capture more market share from their competitors who are having problems such as HP, and expensive CISCO

They have just expanded into 2 huge brand new "Brocade" offices near san jose CA last year, id say they woudnt be expanding on this scale if they wernt doing well. I believe they are oversold, the entire storage market seems to be down collectively, id say they will bump backup when the panic selling ends
Recs
They have a strong product line, and good financials. They are slightly overvalued, but still attractive. The one thing they should focus on is building a strong marketing campaign which of course showcases them as a company as well as their products.....and the cost/benefit of choosing and using their products vs. their competitors. I would like to see stronger revenue growth moving forward, and I believe other investors do too.

The company has excellent networking products. Price and performance better than Cisco. Their OS is delivered with all features making the management much easier. OS upgrades are much smoother with minimal to no downtime. A better product.

Great market %. Good products. Will have some serious movement soon.

Heavy call buying past week, Dell might finally buy them out.
Recs
Brocade has high possibility of being acquired.
Recs
Recently became profitable after Foundry acquisition, but shares continue to get no respect b/c of the Cisco threat.
Recs
Brocade is still relevant in the DataCenter. With a recent OEM deal with Dell, this will pay off down the road even if they aren't acquired immediately. Def an acquisition play, but this low the fundamentals speak for themselves.
