May be trading at an acquisition premium today. Premium to peers is definitely not supported by historical growth rate or risks inherent in "price taker" position with Medicare and Medicaid.

I put this on CAPs as a test because I believe that CEOs who put better science and better service as primary goals will succeed in a stock market filled with bean-counters. And that profitability and growth will follow
- CEO Marc D. Grodman holds 11% of the stock
- Differentiated diagnostic tests
- $15m cash, $30m debt but with 20 times interest coverage

Risks - Medicare provided 25% of revenue

"Grow or die"
