A Great Bargain! This stock is oversold! Book Value alone is around $40.44. While to stock is currently at $23.07. With an 11% profit margin and the current ration is 4.28. Which is excellent. Plus the P/E is roughly 6. That being said, as long as their are thousands of oil rigs out in the seas, drilling for black gold, the need workers to run them. Fastest, safest, cheapest way to rotate shifts on these platforms is with a helicopter. Oil companies will not shut down these rigs as long as they are producing a profit, and that start up/shut down cost of a rig is massive.

Love it!

offshore drilling will be an industry on the rise despite opposition. There are too many benefits to it. Not alot of competition in this business. Consistently growing revenue and profits. Strong financialy, at least in the short term. They have alot of debt which will worry me if revenues take a hit for some reason

there will be a greater demand for offshore drilling. You need helicopters to transport equipment as well as employees to the site. This company should stand to profit.

while the industry has attractive demand characteristics, this company is planning to spend over $1B in the next 4 years to totally upgrade its fleet of helis. the returns they will get from these helis make increasing ROIC a difficult task as the new helis are 10-20X more expensive than the amount they have on the books re their current fleet. this company needs to increase ROIC and if they don't they are fairly to slightly over-valued. they have a new CEO that is committed to this task, and i wish him good luck, yet it will be a hard road to follow.

Solid company. Helos booked with oil companies for several years. Possible renegotiation of contracts with several African operations to higher prices. Oil exploration expanding, with many fields off-shore or in remote locations that require helicopter transportation. Currently stock is lower due to lower than expected earnings report, which coincided with general decline in stock market. Expect a very nice bounce back in the next few weeks.
