Yep, I just got the color brochure too. I have followed these kinds of "brochure stocks" and they sometimes bump up, but inevitably they fall. The 5 "brochure stocks" I have gotten in the last year are at: -83%, -96%, -96%, -97%, -71%. Bye-bye Bioshaft!

This one stock that the web site Stockegg recommends and this stock is on the upside of the market today and looks really good. It is worth your money to buy.

Got a random pamphlet in the mail hyping up this stock... I was thoroughly unimpressed. Expect further pump from the sheep before the big dump.

This company's business is sh*t. The problem is deciding if it's sh*t literally or figuratively.
If it's literally, then they have the potential to make billions selling much-needed water treatment systems to environmentally sensitive space/time-constrained municipalities. If it's only figuratively, they're scamming investors.
Lets look at the normal warning signs for a stock scam:
Fake or generic stock photos on Web site: No, they appear to have actual photos of actual products offered by the company.
No legitimate description of technologies or processes provided: primary technology described as "a natural process found in rivers." So in other words, no legitimate description. 1 out of 2 warning signs.
Previous history as a small-cap OTC business in an unrelated field: Yep, previously known as Pointstar Entertainment, a provider of Arabic language satellite programming. (1-900-Jackpot/ExmoCare anyone?) 2 out of 3 warning signs.
Business headquartered in a dubious location or country with lax laws: Was HQ'd in Dubai until the name change, now based out of California. Neutral score, still 2 out of 3.
Most business conducted through one major partner: FPS International sells most of BSHF's products, primarily in the Middle East. No other major partners are indicated or mentioned. 3 out of 4.
Questionable business deals with CEO: Company paid $750k for its mysterious technology, then made the technology's inventor/seller their new CEO. 4 out of 5.
Ladies and gentlemen, I think we have a verdict: Most of the sh*t here is figurative. Stock scam.

The company has developed an affordable and tested system to reduce the cost, treatment expense and size of the facility required to treat household/industrial waste. BSHF has already been recognized by the government and is quickly gaining recognition by foreign countries.

I believe this will be the future of our waste. More economical and also better towards environment. No Stinker here
