I think munis are extremely undervalued....Out-yielding treasuries and are tax-free. But I do know treasuries are overvalued. However, this is even trading at a 13% discount to NAV and yeilding 9%. Think the risk reward is much better then S&P 500 so I will keep my green thumb on this.

Munis are WAY oversold. One of the great value opportunities today. You won't be able to buy these values 2 years from now and wish you had more tax free income.
