at an 8.3% dividend and a 45% appreciation over the last year, BTE has definitely topped out in the near term.

How about that, after rising over 100% since Dec 2008, Cramer is finally on-board with this stock too.
Unfortunately, it is right after msn, dropped it's rating from a 10 to a 7...navallier rates it a B, current div>5%
