Beautiful day to buy solar if you havent yet. Or missing out on a few of the solars you couldnt find on time. Well, today is your lucky day. Do the democratic congress and the all presidential candidates including the Repubs will allow for the solar energy incentive to stay on. Duh

Low P/E. Others haven't caught on to this company. They're sitting on a fair bit of cash. Nice steady growth.

I don't like their website. They use a little too much techno-babble and jargon. They need to simplify their language a little, so that you come away feeling that you have a fair grasp on what the business do, and the significance of what the business do in relation to how they do it better than others. They need a marketing department to assist them. Alot of small businesses do this. They just don't seem to realise that a bad website can reflect so negatively on their business.

Their website looks like a myspace built website. It is not professional at all.

Ultimately the market will catch on to this business if it keeps growing like it has recently.

BTU International is a market-leading supplier of advanced thermal processing equipment to the electronics manufacturing and energy generation markets. With operations spread across all over, it primarily caters to Asia-Pacific region and provides solutions primarily for three key markets; print circuit board assembly; semiconductor packaging and energy generation markets such as solar, fuel cells and nuclear fuel cells.

Though limited visibility and an anticipated stable demand for semiconductor manufacturing equipment envisages some concerns for BTU, but is somewhat offseted by increasing demand for solar energy products, the key driver for the company’s growth in future. The solar market is projected to be among the fastest growing alternative energy segments with growth rate of around 44% over the next five years. Endorsing the same, BTU is focusing on solar applications and expects an increasing trend in solar bookings through 2007.

Demand for increasingly sophisticated electronic devices continues, and new technologies such as wireless networks, next generation cellular phones and personal digital assistants will come handy in its future growth. With big brands like Motorola, Nokia, IBM, Samsung being its top revenue generating customers, the company envisages bigger orders in the coming year, as they work towards a larger market pie.

On an expansion spree, the company acquired Radiant Technology and Dana Corp’s operations in mid-2006 to increase its production lines, and to seek synergistic benefits. Strategically moving, it is focusing on cost reduction initiatives, including the improvement in global supply chain to give a boost to its operating margins.

BTU’s defensive characteristic envisages prominence, with a low debt component and high earning on equity, acting as a morale booster to the investors. Though the industry is highly regionalized and competitive, the company’s low P/E multiple against industry’s depicts an investor friendly atmosphere, going ahead.

Solar power component of company's revenue is steadily increasing. When BTUI is recognized as a growth company instead of a cyclical, share price will soar.

BTUI has been beaten down for months now due to a little short term news. No it seem to be over the issues and it is ready to ride the wave back up. Great stock with great fundimentals.

I spent an hour reading the year end report and I have no clue where these guys are going but if I invest that much time in caps, I have to make a choice.

One bonus is the lack of insider selling at the current price.
