Best regional bank. Held up fantastically during the bailout chaos. In a few years will be a prime target acquisition for the big nationals. The dividend is nice too.

Cream of the crop for regional banks. Management is stellar. The merger with First Main is concluding very nicely. Footprint in FL is doubled.

Trading at a fantastic multiple, great debt control, fantastic revenue and earnings growth, and a very healthy dividend.

I think that once the merger is complete, we'll be looking at a $30-35 stock.
