China needs minerals- Peru has a bunch of minerals and wants to grow. BVN is going to grow!

Betting that Peru doesn't pass a law that has the potential to poison future foreign investments in that country. BVN is likely to rebound up if this law fails to get passed.

Another "Crasy Ivan" move by the Chinese government to drive down the commodity market by hinting of an interest rate increase. This is no different than a baseball pitcher throwing a brush back pitch to a batter who is crowding the plate. The next pitch will be a low outside fast ball (buying commodities at a low price) which strikes the batter out. The brave batter will expect the next move and drive that pitch for an opposite field home run (buy the commodity dip and wait for the rebound in the commodity bull run). This is nothing new, do a search on China's recent effort to slow its economy and review the short-term reaction of the markets.
