Recs
High P/E, High PEG and High P/B.
Recs
Overvalued. Poor dividend compared to other REIT in this sector.
Recs
Extreme overvaluation, price now exceeds the 2007 bubble top!
Recs
High quality REIT with a strong balance sheet, but headwinds in real estate are not over. BXP has a FFO yield of 4.28% and a dividend of 1.90%, which indicate lackluster returns for the next several years.
Recs
Office vacancies are high and rising in most of BXP's markets, with Washington, D.C. being the main exception (for obvious reasons); and dividends are running way ahead of income. Something's got to give, and I think it's going to be BXP's value, as rents and property values begin to erode from lack of demand.
Recs
This has been a well run company, and I am confident that the real estate market will bolster itself enough for this stock to succeed.
Recs
Real estate market still sucks.
Recs
How do I think Boston Properties will perform? Will they be able to raise capital via equity offerings? If the answer is "No", this stock is DOOMED!
Recs
Downgraded to Sell by UBS.
Recs
Market Cap is well above book value and the P/E is way too high... And even Capital Hill knows that this is the next shoe to drop....

Poke it with a stick, or beat it with a 10 foot pole. Don't matter. This dog won't jump.
Recs
Credit downgrade is coming
Recs
Real estate has hit bottom. Buy now.
Recs
Recs
will be trading at around 49. by new year will be at 52
Recs
BXP has big exposure to commercial real estate in NYC and Boston as well as other large cities. Although we've seen a major decline in residential real estate, the Commercial RE sector has not yet seen much of a decline. I believe that with the recent turmoil in the financial markets and the rising unemplyment, commercial RE in the large cities will experience a major decline in the next 1-2 years. Although BXP has alrady declined significantly from its peak, the valuations are still high and I expect it to decline much further in the coming year or so.
Recs
Office real estate starting to melt down due to business failures and recession.
