I have done business with this bank for 8 years and have observed that they are solid. No real highs, no real lows. Stable. Not taking huge chances (ie dumb loans), during the "fog-a-mirror" loan days. They are good at running a solid, stable, customer-focused business. I think UP for this stock.

Unless we reach true recession, banks are going to benefit from the fed assistance for housing.
