I just cant see the recovery here for years. Too many rooms and not enough people coming through the airport

Boyd has properties in six states, thereby diversifying their gaming revenue markets. They do rely heavily on local play in Vegas, but are the best or only game in town in most of their other jurisdictions. Boyd can grow regardless of Vegas market, and grow even more as Vegas turns around.

Times are tough so people tend to try their luck as they feel that not much left to lose feeling.

Boyd doesn't seem to have the risk that other gaming/casino stocks have. They are based in USA. Companies like MGM or Las Vegas Sands are trying to open in foreign countries, that is creating too much risk on there value.
Once the discretionary spending picks back up, this will be a great stock again.

Gaming is back, just give it some time.

Not as deep in debt as others and is a favorite of the locals.

As is oft times the case, the pendulum swings too far. Having fallen more than 80% from its peak, its current price discounts everything short of a going out of business sale.

Casino cycle is in the pits right now but a buy at this price will be gold in 4 or 5 years.

Cut backs on expansion, still a solid company. Company buyback plan. Should see this stock in the $25-30 range by December
