Housing market is a true bubble. As this slowly becomes apparent over the next 6 months, most housing stocks will start a steep decline. Traditionally in a bubble, the key players drop by at least 80 percent from their all time high.

This stock, much like other homebuilders and subprime lenders is just waiting to collapse. I look forward to watching it fall in the next several months.

Home industry is going to flounder for another 3-5 years before it gets better. This builder has a weak market position and a bad wrap when it comes to making loans.

I can't see this one going much further in the dirt. I've been watching this one tumble for months now and I have to believe they have their costs down to withstand the dry spell. I don't see the investigations into their lending practices costing them as much money as it will reputation even if it goes against them and reputation can be repaired in time. I was fortunate (I think) to be in close proximity to my computer when the stock tumbled on bankruptcy rumours the other day and took a position just below 9$.

Shorting all almost all Household goods (durables) and all home-builders. with high unemployment, how do you expect people to buy houses or hold onto their mortgages? Because of tax credit, numbers are looking decent, but we'll be back to normal in no time... Short this !!!

those of us in the business know this is one of the worst run building companies, at least in Houston. Housing will come back and leave Beazer behind.

Pretty safe bet to say the housing crunch is not going to end anytime soon. Plus, public sentiment of this company is not very good.
