BZH is poorly managed but hasn't benefited at all from the housing boom. Stock has been flat. The idiot CEO declared a reverse split right as housing stocks were running, ultimately killing the BZH run. So BZH is at 2009 pricing. This is a case of even a broken clock getting the time right once a day. BZH has got nothing but upside and it has more upside than the other builders since it hasn't moved at all.
