Pros: They are not destroying shareholder value quite as fast as their 5 year average. They can buy cars pretty cheap right now.

Cons: Debt/long-term risk of bankruptcy, severe current car rental market, HTZ very slightly healthier… More

I cannot create a case that justifies this company's current price. Avis is a perpetual money loser with huge amounts of debt. In liquidation, the company is worth zero. If the company continues to operate, it is worth even less
