Companies outsource to CASS, kind of like ADP but instead of payroll, it is for a smaller niche: freight, utilities, and telecom expenses. Leading supplier of these services to Fortune 500 companies. They have a conservative banking arm, which weathered the financial crisis without a scratch. Steady increases to net income and dividends. Decent insider ownership, relatively low institutional ownership. This is a tortoise stock that will outrun most of the hares. Sit back as a fuddy duddy buy-and-hold investor and let CASS quietly outperform.

CASS has little debt to equity, strong 3 & 5 yr eps growth, and consistent revenue growth. They are IT which is an industry that I know.
Add in the fact that they have a dividend, which is surprising for being an IT Small Cap stock, and this stock not only carries the title of a growth stock but gains some value characteristics.

Took a steep nose dive in 2005. Seems to be recovering since acquiring NTransit, Inc in 2006. My bet is a slow and steady growth will continue.
Recs
This company has found good niche businesses which can keep producing solid cash for it year after year. The recent price appreciation has led me to wonder if this may not be an LBO candidate. Even if it isn't the company is well managed and should continue to grow nicely for the foreseeable future. For the moment the largest growth driver will probably be in getting more foreign companies to sign up for their services.

Cass is a well-managed company with a good dividend and it's recent agreement with ControlPay out of the Netherlands should significantly enhance invoicing profits.

I love finding businesses that are under followed and have high insider ownership. This company generates a good return on its investment, and has built up a nice amount of cash.

Back out cash and debt and it's trading for less than 9 times earnings with stellar ROE.

Cheap, and no one's ever heard of it.
