Phew, what a stinker this one is! Phew, what a stinker this one is! The numbers look pretty bad: For a $111.6M market cap, this company is barely pulling in $3M in revenue (that's 1/35th of its market cap for those calculating geeks out there; a terribly small figure); the Profit & Operating Margins are negative (-129.5% and -43.2%, respectively); RoA is -3.6%; RoE is -50%; year-over-year growth is nil; total cash is a paltry $1M and debt is already at $15M, pushing the Debt/Equity ratio to 1.3. All this is generally not good. And don't be fooled by this company's name either. It's based in New Jersey, although it does most of its business in China, what business it does manage to scrape up. My guess is that the shareholders will be consuming some of this company's products (opioid-based pain medication) in order to overcome their nausea and headaches after looking at the company's balance & income sheets.

Also, I have to agree with (CAPS player) SaintCroix's assessment, mainly that this is a very dubious-looking company. The fact that the COB (Chairman of the Board), CEO (Chief Executive Officer), CFO (Chief Financial Officer), and CAO (Chief Accounting Officer) are all one person is a huge "Bridge Out Ahead" road sign, even for the cataract-impaired. In small companies, it's often more the norm for a few people at the top to wear many different hats (typically, the CEO & COB positions), but even in small firms, if you're managing a $100M+ company, you really need to keep the CFO/CAO and the COB/CEO as separate people. Otherwise, there's just too much temptation for cooking the books and other financial shenanigans. Frankly, this amalgamation of roles spreads the people at the top out too much. I want my CEO focused on what can bring the most revenue in for my company, not worrying about crunching the numbers like some back-office bean counter. Conversely, I want my CFO focused on the numbers so he can steer the CEO towards problems that need addressing more quickly. With all these warning signs, I've gotta go with a big opium-laden thumbs down.
