When the overly optimistic FOMC says that household spending will be "constrained" by sluggish income growth, ongoing job losses, lower household wealth, and tight credit AND Shanghai stocks hit a seven-week low, then you know this bear market rally is finally over!

Cbeyond has proved to have a working formula selling internet protocol to small and midsize businesses in a handful of markets in the U.S.

They are continuing to move into new markets, with Miami the latest addition. The roll out of new markets should keep Cbeyonds numbers on the rise.

Great management will continue to offer superior service in crucial market.
Some serious take-over talk will fuel prices.

Vonage is a consumer VOIP company. CBEY is small-businesses with less than 25 employees. Different market with a chance to get converged (data/voice/video) services over a single connection. Once a SMB switches over, they should have very low churn.

note: I own shares going long.

This company is going to keep growing. No Debt, ROE is sky high. +50% institutional ownership. Price/Sales @ 4.5 means this is undervalued. PE ratio - LOW.
And it seems this company has a moat. Buy it before it gets discovered.

I think CBEY is undervalued again. This is purely speculative.

As a CLEC, CBEY has a strong balance sheet (read: no debt), exceptional growth potential over the next three years (projected 30% per annum), a highly efficient and predictable business model, are the leaders in providing VoIP to small and medium sized businesses, highly success based capital efficiency, and a strong management team with a clear vision.

This stock offers an outstanding package of simplified communication services that are needed by a very large and underserved market. Management is strong and the company is still somewhat "undiscovered".
