Cbeyond has proved to have a working formula selling internet protocol to small and midsize businesses in a handful of markets in the U.S.

They are continuing to move into new markets, with Miami the latest addition. The roll out of new markets should keep Cbeyonds numbers on the rise.

Vonage is a consumer VOIP company. CBEY is small-businesses with less than 25 employees. Different market with a chance to get converged (data/voice/video) services over a single connection. Once a SMB switches over, they should have very low churn.

This company is going to keep growing. No Debt, ROE is sky high. +50% institutional ownership. Price/Sales @ 4.5 means this is undervalued. PE ratio - LOW.
And it seems this company has a moat. Buy it before it gets discovered.
