People are going to be looking for a fund that provides a return on an investment. Long term gains are unknown at this time with several companies because the market is so volitale. The price of this stock is so low right now for the return it offers why would you not want to invest.

CBL is paying 1.48 a year per share. This is a no brainer...

100 shares = $148

1,000 shares = $1480 a year

10,000 shares = $14,800 a year

The market IS GOING to recover its just a matter of when. The retail industry may be in a slump right now but stop and think for a moment. At some point everyone is going to need clothes, shoes, etc. People don't stop getting married and buying rings for engagements just because their stock went down....

Little short term debt. Conservative balance sheet. A survivor among the REITS.

We may be heading into a recession, but the malls are still strong. SIck dividend, plus plenty of upside potential- in most recent quarter, rents collected, occupancy rates, and proceeds from sales all went up.

Plue there's a 24% dividend which has to stay at least half that for the stock to be considered a REIT.

Timeframe: 3 years.

Very hefty dividends make this stock quite attractive for the careful investor who is not willing to stay in the fray of day-to-day market for the time being.
