I love CBRL, they provide good food, clean restaurant and bring in the seniors by the busload. I really love the gift shop in each store as well, and profit margin is much higher than the restaurant part. They are choosy where they build and in no hurry to rush this process. Well run and books are solid, parking lots always full for breakfast the biggest profit meal of the day. Buy and Hold long term.

CBRL has excellent food, large variety at very competitive pricing. the service is good and they are better than any other restuarant chain at supplementing income with a high margin gift shop with good variety. Thier location near heavily traveled roads helps the repeat business from travelers.

Its weird.!Whenever I pass a Cracker Barrel their parking lots are full (regardless of the time of day) With other companies complaining about lack of customers it seems like Cracker Barrel is doing something right to maintain and expand their customer base.

they always have waiting lines at peak times, super cheap prices and great food. nice store up front to get sales while customers wait to eat. this is a win-win. plus- always situated along major travel routes.
