The capital structure of this company is extremely better than the industry averages. The efficiency in managing resources can be seen from the margins and they are certainly better than the market. The PE ratio also reveals that the earnings per share are better than its competitors. The beta of this stock is less than one (0.73) so we know that it is not as volatile in relation with the market. The industry it is in is also stable so there is scope for growth. In the last couple of years the growth has been somewhat horizontal and there is scope for more.

This met a high level screen to indicate a buy and strong outperform against its peers (other tickers in its industry). My 1st version of this spreadsheet devles deep into the company's balnace sheet and recent income statements, combined with other relevant price data for the company including insider/institutional holdings, short interest, debt levels, etc.
Testing capabilities of this 1st version of my automated, valuation spreadhseet matched with my personal criteria and see how it holds up.

Chase is a great company. This company is well run and management is very prudent. A safe vechilce in this crazy Market. Chase should return us at least twenty percent for our year time frame. We dump it if it breaks to $14 or goes above $20.

Terrific but conservative management, stock heavily owned by family and a few institutions. Recent profitability breakthrough as all divisions are hitting on all cylinders. Drawback: Only 4 million shares outstanding, so stock can be illiiquid at times. Niche areas that they serve are growing nicely.
