small business users generally do have broadband connections to the Internet. The major Broadband vendors such as AOL-Time Warner there is room for a smaller more nimble solution. Cogent Communication can and is one of those.

In KCFA's opinion this stock is attractive for the long-term <3 to 5 years> investor.
