There is demand for silver. It is a useful commodity, unlike gold. It is used widely in electronics, and high demand out of China should help.

Looks good fundamentally. Good Cash story which is rare for a mining co. especially one priced this low. Good diversification with mines all over the world. Not really any insider buying going on, but no selling either which is good. Earnings look solid for last quarter (Q4 07) and they announce Q1 on 5/12/08.No disturbing headlines that I can find. I'll go out on a limb and say this one will outperform for the rest of the year.
