financial model in transition and stock remains in penalty box until more evidence of profits. good company and favorable competitive landscape. subscription model will yield 20%+ Op margins and $0.70 EPS several years out. 15x = $10-$11 stock or +60% from here. could be higer if full blown bull case plays out.

Semi conductor industry will grow out of current recession. This software tool provider will benefit from it.
