Mexican pulp & paper business. 80% owned by the founding family - same family is 100% represented within the company's top executives (Chairman / CEO: Miguel Rincón, Vice Chair / COO: José Antonio Rincón, VP / CFO / Director: Mayela Rincón de Velasco) and those same three people are also on the board. Many of the managers listed on their ugly Web site also have the same last name. For 2006 the company's income was down by 81% and they seem to have a serious cash flow problem.

Shot up today by 9% (so far) on no news without an obvious reason... Good time to throw in my red thumb.
