The Company is engaged in the acquisition and development of land and groundwater resources in the United States.
The drought in California has opened the door for this company to proceed and it looks like they will finally be able to capitalize on their long-term plan to provide water from the Mojave desert to the LA basin. Still a risky venture but the reward could be huge.
Book value is about -$40 million and hasn't turned a profit in years. What's not to love? (HAHAHA) short this stock to high heavens!!
Doesn't seem to know how to earn money.
I just don't understand how this company can have such a high valuation. It can hardly earn 1 million in revenue. Its losing millions in free cash flow. And yet, it has a market cap of 130 million. WHY? It seems to me there is no common sense among today's investors/speculators.

bad stats. all stars hate it
Rocky road short be back when things cool off.
La needs water and water storage and I think la metro will loose in the court trial that is going on now. Might be more than $200 million damages that will be payed out and then they will still have the land for energy production ie wind/solar in addition to the land.
This company has nothing to offer! So it owns land in southern California.....they are hinging their future on water in a place that has no water! Buyer beware on this one!
