I just don't understand how this company can have such a high valuation.

It can hardly earn 1 million in revenue. Its losing millions in free cash flow. And yet, it has a market cap of 130 million. WHY? It seems to me there is no common sense among today's investors/speculators.

La needs water and water storage and I think la metro will loose in the court trial that is going on now. Might be more than $200 million damages that will be payed out and then they will still have the land for energy production ie wind/solar in addition to the land.
