China is an emerging market in almost every sense, it seems. The Olympics are just a beginning to China opening up more to the world. Education will be at the forefront of intense industrialization. CEDU has already laid a strong infrastructure to take advantage of that growth... both in major cities and rural development.

China has rapidly increased it rate of educating its population as more and more people are moving to the cities to work in white-collar positions. Schools can't keep up with all the new students, so companies such as ChinaEdu Corp are stepping in to make up the gap. CEDU provides online degree programs for various majors. It also offers services for the schools (precollege and college) and students and has exclusive long-term contracts with schools. The company has only been public for less than a year so institutional investment attention is not great yet. A good time to get in.

PEG less than 1...for a China play? I'll take it. Education in China is on the rise exponentially. The balance sheet scares me a little, but a healthy cash flow going forward should shore that up.
