I'm hungry for dividends and I'm sure there are going to be more and more ppl looking for income producing investments over the near horizon.

I think The Subscription rate is not going to grow rapidly, While profits are still strong, over-generous dividends are just a tactic to inlfate the stock. Unless the diverisify or start taping into goverment backing, long term growth is sketchy

Israel's cell phone market is on the rise. Tourism is still expanding and Tel Aviv is poised to become Beirut of a couple decades ago.
