I believe CEP will reduce its debt in 2011 by 40 million and start to show a profit in the 4th quarter of 2011.After that I believe the stock will continue a slow rise back to its previous high over a period of 4 years.

Undervalued, yes I certainly do agree.

Energy commodities are currently priced relatively low. CEP will benefit as energy prices increase.

Producing wells, will pick up with economy.

Paying down debt. dividends will be reinstated. Gas and oil prices and volumes will be going up and that will increase revenues for CEP.

Oil & Gas have been beaten down severely in the last 5 months, putting this stock near it's 52 week low. At less than $2 with highs in the $20 range, I see strong upward growth for this stock and the sector on the whole. This will be one of the first to soar once our economy recovers and price comes in line with demand.

Undervalued at this time.

beaten up cherokee basin coal bed methane mlp whose parent, constellation energy is strong. dividends cut from 56cents/qtr to 16 cents allowing company to preserve cash in low gas price environment. management is good while properties are average. rising gas prices will enable company to recover.
