ROE - has improved by 27.5% over this time period (2004-2007)

Cerner is a leader in the field. I believe that Cerner Corporation will slightly out-perform the market since the share have an Intrinsic Value of approximately $50 - $52 per share. The Perform in-line with the market choice is not offered by CAPS. The shares should do slightly better than the market from the $46 per share level. While most industries are slowing down, hospital related applications are at an all time need. Being able to view a patient's record electronically is vital based on HIPPA policy and for safety. Currently, only 15% of hospitals and outpatient clinics are HIPPA compliant. Cerner still needs to improve the efficiency of their applications but they are still the leader.
