smartphone opportunities in emerging markets should be huge cash flow driver starting in 2012

Explosive growth in the Chinese smartphone and MID sector. I like Marvell and Qualcom here for similar reasons.

CEVA is the current market leader in licensing DSP core IP (Intellectual Property) to device/chip manufactures. CEVA press releases later 2009 stated a 78% market share of Silicon IP (SIP) for DSP cores. That really is impressive.
CEVA's DSP core designs are used in handsets, mobile devices (smartphones, tablets, eReaders, etc.). They are also used in many consumer electronic devices for video and audio procession which DSPs (Digital Signal Processors) are use for.
I like that the company is small now: Market cap: approx. 537 M, employees approx. 169 and they are based out of Mountain View CA.
The current PE is 54 (high) but they have very good growth prospects as mobile devices in which they are use explode in usage.

Good Royalty Revenue for this licensor of technology platforms

I like the below $10 price and its potential for a good return.

The stock market is largely ignoring the recent oil spike as something that cannot persist in the current stage of the business cycle but this is in turn feeding higher oil prices. The stock market is about to realize where oil is going and fall; and most affected will be today's leading IT sectors.
