North American union china needs copper too a lot of copper !
Recs
Old, formerly unprofitable copper mines are being brought back into production in the USA and Canada. That would not be happening if the price of copper was expected to soften with these new supplies. In fact, copper prices have held up even with the global economic downturn. Inventories seem unlikely to keep up with demand; so, I expect a pop in Chile, where both copper and lithium provide a good foundation for an economy that is already going gangbusters.

very low debt and good growth potential.

Why the Chile Fund? Because there are alot of companies that I can't pick with CAPS that this fund represents!
It helped that not too many people had picked it yet, too.

Will this fund beat the S&P 500, the answer must be a resounding yes. Chile is another country that represents the beauty of emerging markets without the extreme hype of China and India.
GDP per head 5,880 and a quarter of their population under 15. 14.3% of their exports go to the U.S however and a massive slowdown in the U.S markets is not going to be kind to Chile. However I'm extremely bearish on the dollar and this represents yet another opportunity to hedge myself from its certain long term decline.
