Having restructured the business from a web portal to a more diversified organization, Hong Kong based CDC corp. is now growing their ERP and CRM software offerings through aquisitions. They also offer mobile value added services, online multiplayer gaming and Web hosted CRM in China.

CDC has a lot of cash in hand. They don't just put the cash in the bank. They are expanding their business by buying software companys all over the world. Also buying back their own stock. They may also spin off their online game section. This is a five bagger in three years.

CDC Corp (CHINA) has two parts--it makes software and it offers wireless and Internet service. Lately with Google flailing in its run at China (just as Yahoo did before it), this company's strength looks like proof that Chinese companies serving the domestic market are going to be the big winners.

The stock has high relative strength and just had a nice MACD crossover as well. The last two days of large upward movement, leading to a breakout, came on very good volume.

I bought into the hype about emerging marketsand this one had some things that made me interested enough to take a position in it. When Google sold its stake in Biadu I thought it unusal.Approximately a week later Google struck a deal with CHINA terms of this deal are undisclosed but my intuition is that Goole is building something here. China has a software arm that is very active but I bought this one for the online gaming concept of play for free but you have to buy accessories for your players.Since the Google deal the stock has risen ssteadily risen and I can see this one having a tremendous potential to be a bagger. Time will tell.
