Shareholders got screwed on the private placement. I wrote this to Ashley.MacFarlane@icrinc.com at CHNG's investor relations.
Ms. MacFarlane,
I am a stockholder in CHNG. How can you agree to sell shares at $3.60 in the private placement when four days ago the current price was over $8.00. I can understand raising capital by issuing additional shares but why at such a low price? On top of that you issued five year warrants exercisable at $7.79 per share! Why not issue debt? Your current ratio is over 5 and you don't even have long term debt. Your company and the current shareholders got screwed on this deal.

alternative energy will become big, and I think natural gas will become big, especially in a rapidly developing country with 1 billion people. Also this is cheap right now, I'd expect increases during seasonal changes.

When in Rome....Opps, I mean China. Hey not only are these guys numero uno in the population department but they also have the second best economy in the world. These 2 facts with the topper of possibly having a gov't sanctioned monopoly equals out to be a pretty good equation for some serious moneyfication (new word I own it) So get it while it's hot.

I think with the upturn in growth in China stocks that we have a little ways to go especially in areas of oil and gas.
