CLI is being affected by it's properties in the NY and NJ suburbs of NYC. As NYC real estate goes, so does CLI. This past cycle saw large numbers of properties added as rents went to historical highs, however, these suburban properties always take longer to recover. In this cycle the recovery will be much longer because of the destruction of demand in the financial properties.

Net income has steadily decreased over the past 10 years (even with increasing revenue), while LT debt has ballooned to 2.2 billion.
