I have enough REITs I think, and there's not really anything to differentiate this one. But it'll probably do ok.

They might be running a little ahead of the train, but if they don't use up all their powder at once and don't overleverage, then by averaging down and then all the way up, they should do just fine. Meanwhile the cash on the books will provide us with a nice cushion, and if S&P pulls back a little, we Caps five-percenters will already have earned our 5 points.
