Clearwire has an interesting story CONCEPTUALLY, However, the REALITY of competition, reulatory bottlenecks and financial burden will be overwhelming...No matter who is running the company.

This is game changer technology that breaks into a clubby oligopoly of phone and cable dominance with lower cost of deployment. The pace of deployment will increase with the new IPO funds and there is plenty of spectrum coverage to go around between CLWR and Sprint. The coverage in Europe is nice too. In the near future there will be wimax cities and the have nots of broadband in your pocket.

This stock just went IPO this month and very few people know anything about Clearwire. They think they know wireless internet but this is new. Craig McCaw's new startup, Clearwire, is teamed with Intel and Motorola to release WiMax in the next year. They are only in a few markets now and it does cost them money to build out new markets, but they are exceeding the number of customers than anyone would have guessed. This is a stock to start buying small volumes.
