The monopoly in my area. Customer service is wretched (putting it mildly) and they charge for just about everything they can think of......and a lot. Verizon just got approved for a franchise license so this should have Comcast looking at new ways to… More

Products like this have fallen off in economic downturn and should make a come-back as the economy recovers.

comcast continues to have large quanities of out dated equipment and it middle and upper management have poor atitudes towards

customer satisfaction and support.
