The monopoly in my area. Customer service is wretched (putting it mildly) and they charge for just about everything they can think of......and a lot. Verizon just got approved for a franchise license so this should have Comcast looking at new ways to… More

Top down pick. With the advent of YouTube, Hulu, and (the biggest blow) networks offering full streaming episodes online, the waning cable business has begun its downward spiral. Specifically, NBC commands the fewest primetime viewers among the Big 4 broadcast networks. Furthermore, the Winter Olympics are projected to generate an 8 figure loss, a figure guaranteed to affect Comcast's bottom line next quarter.
