This company supplies some of the materials necessary for surgical procedures. It has done well in the past, but it seems to have encountered a lot of competitive pressures recently. Revenues are OK, but earnings are taking a hit. Has a lawsuit outstanding against JNJ, but even if this is resolved in their favor, I think a buyout is the best that could happen.
