Rich Valuation.

FY1 P/E ~ 80+

FY1 PEG Ratio ~ 3+

FY2 PEG Ratio ~ 2+

Granted the company is growing pretty fast...but the barriers to entry are minimal and the current premium in not justified.

Price target <$25

Longs who are you kidding?

CNQR price should AT LEAST be cut in half. And then probably cut in half again.

Most blue-ribbon stocks in the Software as a Service category (OMTR, CNQR, CTXS, RNOW, TLEO) are trading below their 52-week highs, and the market is somewhat soft at the moment. If you are looking for things to buy, SaaS is a great category to load up on. I am pretty sure that the growth in these companies will continue over the next 3-5 years. What’s more, we should see some very interesting M&A activity in 2008.

Concur's area of expertise is travel and expense management. Included is the ability to pay vendors, to reimburse employees, to set and enforce expense policies, book travel and organize complex corporate meetings. Concur recently announced that it is selling more shares and that it is raising revenue guidance for the 4th quarter of 2007 and the 1st quarter of 2008. CNQR already sports a billion dollar market cap, it is solidly profitable and has been growing steadily, mostly by double digits. With all the expectations for continued growth, there is no surprise it has a pretty high PE

Part of me wants to say that their growth is uncertain due to advances in telecommunications technology that might reduce companies' reliance on business travel. One look at their offerings, though, and you realize that this platform allows users to effectively track and report on all aspects of business expenses. A company that genuinely helps other companies work better. I like it.

This company provides a great service that has high margins with low penitration and little to no compitition. The one thing missing is PR to raise sales and with an increase in sales staff of 40% sales will ramp up. You will hear more on this one...

Software as a service continues to grow, and this one has a good share of the expense management market. This one has room to grow.
